Clothing found outside

When I saw this pile of clothes complete with an empty, unzipped duffle bag beside it behind a tree when Brownie and I were walking, I had to take a picture of them. They've obviously been there at least a week or two (since flowers have completed their cycle and have fallen off the tree and onto the clothing and I'm sure the park people have to mow every couple of weeks). The question is: Why is this stuff here? The clothing looks rather nice--collared shirts, a nice pair of dress pants, some jeans, etc. To be honest, I did glance around briefly for a body (didn't find one to my relief). Very odd...and interesting.
